Warehouse Technician

The position of a Warehouse Technician is an hourly position that has a requirement of 35-40 hours per work week and has an understanding that overtime may be required of him/her depending on the production volume needed for that week. In addition, he/she is expected to always follow the parameters of their job description and handbook. The following are the duties of a Warehouse Technician:

AP / AR Customer Service Specialist

Position Summary:

• This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Payroll processes
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite systems
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• High school Diploma
• Pre-employment background check is required to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

• This is an 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM position Monday to Friday
• In this position, you will provide support to the Controller by performing a range of clerical and accounting functions including assisting with general Accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, shipping and purchasing, as well as assisting with customer service and clerical duties when required
• Entering various transactions into Datacor
• Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks/projects
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• Purchasing office supplies
• Assist with filing and answering phones
• Team player who's willing to assist in other areas as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
